Technical Guides are guides to using your camera. This is mainly aimed at using SLR Cameras, as this is the ideal camera type to accomplish almost all effects you wish to do. Some of these effects can be accomplished on bridge cameras (which simulate an SLR). Some of these can also be accomplished similarly on a compact camera, however this will really depend on the model.
The How-To Guides are simple guides on how to do different basic techniques with Photography. It will cover such tasks as painting with light, panning and using effective blur techniques. You can read these guides in any order, however it is best to look at the Technical Guides first, as these will help you accomplish these effects.
Buyers Guide is a basic guide to buying a new camera. These sections will be marked with warnings, with additional information you should consider before buying certain camera types. There will also be a section on what to ask and what to consider about buying different cameras, and things to beware of when buying cameras. Unfortunately, it would take a long time to know everything, but hopefully this will help new photographers understand what they are looking for.
